At Apex, our coaches meet you where you are, guide you through every movement, and adapt each session to your ability so you can train with confidence from day one.

Absolutely! All of our workouts are adaptable to suit all ages, abilities, sizes, shapes and fitness levels. Our expert coaches will challenge you whilst being aware of your limits to create gradual improvement.
You can expect to lose weight, improve your strength and see improvements in your body shape as well as your cardiovascular fitness. Other benefits include improved confidence, reduced anxiety, better sleep, increased daily energy and mental clarity. Daily movements will eventually become easier and aches and pains can be eased.
We utilise a wide range of equipment in our workouts to make sure they are varied and ALWAYS exciting! You can expect to use things like sandbags, medicine and slam balls, prowlers, rowing machines battle ropes, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, bosus, racks and more! There will also be some body weight exercises but what you won't find are treadmills!

Tuesdays - First Class: 6:15am / Last Class: 6:30pm (5 Classes Total)
Wednesdays - First Class: 6:15am / Last Class: 6:30pm (5 Classes Total)
Thursdays - First Class: 6:15am / Last Class: 6:15pm (5 Classes Total)
Fridays - First Class: 6.15am / Last Class: 6:00pm (5 Classes Total)
Saturdays - First Class: 8am / Last Class 10:15am (3 Classes Total)
Sundays - First Class: 8:15am / Last Class 10:30am (3 Classes Total)
